Nach der Schlie\u00dfung im Jahr 1993 wurde es von 1995 bis 2001 als Veranstaltungsraum und Diskothek mit dem Namen <i>Kulturhaus<\/i> weiter betrieben und steht seither leer. Im Jahr 2012 wurde das Gel\u00e4nde an einen Investor verkauft, die Zukunft des architektonisch interessanten Geb\u00e4udes ist unklar. Die Aufnahmen entstanden am 30.
